About Tom

My name is Tom Wood, I am a realtor at Coldwell Banker who specializes in rural property sales in the Cowichan Valley and Greater Victoria.

Most of my property sales include large acreages, commercial/hobby farms, or equestrian estates, either working with homeowners looking to downsize or buyers with a rural lifestyle in mind. I also love working with first-time homebuyers and am well-versed in all residential housing types, including condos, townhouses, manufactured homes, and duplexes.

I currently live in Cobble Hill, but I grew up in Metchosin and lived in downtown Victoria for many years. Consequently, I have first-hand experience and excellent local knowledge of most southern Vancouver Island communities. Before starting my real estate career in 2020, I managed luxury hotels for eleven years and taught in the School of Business at Camosun College and Royal Roads University.
